This week we hit $10B in proposal value through the PERSUIT platform. 🎉

Talk about a "pinch me" moment!

When I founded PERSUIT in 2016, I really had no idea what I was doing. (Not sure that bit has really changed. Fortunately, I've got a REALLY good team).

It was just me, my ego, and a vision for something different in the legal industry.

Since then, we've seen:

• Proposals submitted by over 2,500 firms, including proposals from 100% of the Am Law 100
• 6,000+ RFPs competed
• 20,000+ proposals submitted
• 1,000+ RFPs using our diversity module
• Engagement from over 8,000 individual proposal creators and 1,300 RFP creators

As we continue to welcome leading in-house legal teams to our roster of valued customers, our data set continues to grow exponentially.

Meaning that the power of PERSUIT lies in more than its utility as the leading software platform for the selection of outside counsel. 

More and more, the tremendous DATA available exclusively to our customers and partners is empowering them to know very specific ‘should cost’ data points.

That means not only what a particular matter type in a certain jurisdiction should cost, but right down to the activity level costing for that type of matter. For example:

• What an expert witness deposition in an employment matter discrimination case should cost, whether in London, Texas, or Shanghai
• And how law firm pricing might differ whether a Top 25, boutique, or NAMWOLF certified firm.

Our clients are already receiving massive value from these insights. And we've got plenty more in store, which I’m excited to share in the months ahead.

Lastly, I'm incredibly grateful to our fantastic PERSUIT team and also to our customers, firms, and everyone who has helped us achieve this important milestone and their belief in the vision of a better legal marketplace!
